Shaws Road Winery is a family-owned and operated Winery-Restaurant and Accommodation business located in Arthurs Creek, at the edge of the Yarra Valley. The grounds include a newly renovated Restaurant / Winery and Cellar Door set in stunning native gardens with a number of garden areas suitable for outdoor ceremonies. The Garden is surrounded by vineyards and farmlands for as far as the eye can see with the Kinglake Ranges in the distance. There are 14 acres under vine, producing typical cool climate wines (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon) and our estate-grown wines are included in the beverages offered. Wedding packages are for daytime weddings only at this stage, including use of the garden for the ceremony, seated dining for up to 65 guests (or up to 120 casual seating for a grazing menu), with optional accommodation for 6 people in three luxurious on-site Bed and Breakfast apartments. The restaurant has recently been renovated and has stunning views in all directions.
The restaurant seats 65 in beautiful gardens and vineyards, with air-conditioning / heating and a log fire in winter. The winery building includes the Restaurant area, a Bar and Tasting Area. We have 3 luxurious B&B self-contained apartments on-site that can be booked as part of a package. At present we can only provide daytime (brunch, lunch or late afternoon) weddings but are applying to extend our liquor licensing hours.
